The Florida pastor and his church members who were threatening to burn the Quran to commemorate 9/11 are not mainstream, says local Muslims. Lawrence churches will be putting on an interfaith service this Saturday at 10 a.m. at Plymouth Congregational Church.

One with injuries after traffic accident at 31st and Ousdahl
The accident, which happened shortly after 8:30 p.m., involved a car and a truck and left one with possible neck and head injuries. They were reportedly non-life-threatening.

New sexual assault examination room opens at Lawrence Memorial Hospital
