Why doesn't the KU Athletic Department have the flags of the various schools in the Big 12 Conference flying from the top of the Memorial Stadium? They used to do this particularly in the Big 6, Big 7 and when there was a Big 8. I thought it put a little spirit into things and showed some class. Could you find out why they don't and maybe if they could?
