I was reading about the virtual school and the summer school program, and ever since we started this program of Internet classes I have been curious as to how these students are tested for progress and advancement. I am from Florida where we have really severe thunderstorms, and on the highway people frequently turn on their emergency blinkers while they are driving so that other drivers can see them, and I have recently been told that this practice is, in fact, illegal. And, I was wondering why and what the safety hazard is for driving with your blinkers on.
