It was crowded, and people were being run out of their seats because they had general admission tickets and had no place to sit.

When will U.S. highways 24 and 40 be reopened? I have read every article in the paper about the new Kansas Speedway being built between Lawrence and Kansas City and nowhere do I get much information about when these highways will be reactivated. I think this is as important to the residents in this vicinity as the construction of the speedway is.
