Why do city employees get a discount, and why can't other downtown employees get a discount also? I've contacted City Hall and Municipal Court about this and have gotten conflicting answers from the two places.</EM>

<EM>In the Deerfield School area, the trash collectors seem to get here earlier and earlier each week. What can we do about getting them to come when they're supposed to? They're here real early and, as a result, most of the people in this neighborhood don't get their trash picked up. I called down to the sanitation department and didn't get any answer. </EM>
