My doggie likes to domainate other doggies with teeth to the throat. At 160lbs my Saint tends to get her way. Does not have any four leg friends, but is friendly to all with two legs.

My dog is fearful/aggressive toward other dogs too. Wish we could train it out of him, we have certainly tried. He is a sweetheart with his people friends, but we avoid other dogs.

I wish that more dog owners would take their dogs to the designated parks, rather than letting them run loose and doing their business on the school playgrounds. Wouldn't common sense dictate that leaving your dog's business on a school yard is not only rude but bound to be a stinky mess for some poor kid (and the teacher)? Please be considerate, people. :-)

I love to take them, when it isn't threatening-their-lives-hot outside. (sigh)

I don't care to bring home fleas and other things that those who don't take care of their dogs bring to these parks.

Dog parks are like cities. Crime abounds. Disease abounds. Crazy dog owners abound. They are not healthy places. There is not enough room for dogs just as there is not enough room for PEOPLE in this world. Believe it or live in disbelief of the overpopulation and degradation of the environment. A dog park is fun in the same way as a new lake is fun, with burgeoning life and times. Each later fails to meet the needs of the population(s)...IMHO.

I train my gundog lab in the country, far from the maddening crowds. I'd never take her to such a park but I'm not against them.
