Photos for October 14, 2012
Who will start at quarterback for Kansas University on Saturday at Oklahoma, Michael Cummings, left, or Dayne Crist? Only coach Charlie Weis knows, and he’s not saying.
Janice Meyer, seated at center, and her husband, Gary, right, are pictured with their family at the Calvary Apostolic Church in Salina after receiving the Angels in Adoption Award in this Sept. 6 photo. For their involvement as foster and adoptive parents, the Meyers received the award, which is sponsored by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute. The Meyers were among recipients who last month attended an official ceremony in Washington, D.C.
These were taken this October from my residence in Lecompton..I used either the early morning light or the evening sunset to take these.
