Kansas University newcomers Jordan Tavai (9) and Aslam Sterling (77) will start their first games at KU, coach Charlie Weis announced Tuesday. Tavai, a defensive tackle, and Sterling, an offensive guard, are just two of 14 new arrivals on the Jayhawks’ two-deep for Saturday’s game against South Dakota State.
