The Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure, located a few miles west of Salina, features both an outdoor zoo and an indoor wildlife museum. A $12 admission fee for adults and $6 for children aged 3 to 12 (children 2 and under are free) is good for both the zoo and the museum.
For the side plank twist, bring the top arm under the body and rotate. Hold for 5 seconds and return to start. Do 6 to 10 reps, then switch sides.
For the side plank, keep a straight line from head to heels and extend the top arm above the shoulder.
