I will NEVER use this companies services again. My wife purchased 4 new tires and had them mounted. When she went to pick up the car, she was told that the struts on the front of her car were leaking and needed replaced. I found this ironic, since I had just had them replaced by a reputable mechanic (Doug's Automotive 785-843-3520). When my wife pointed out that they had just been replaced, the mechanic had her get on the ground and look at the area. It looked dirty, however, the part that was being looked at was the casing for the struts. The mechanic told her that the parts had clearly not been replaced. When I called to talk to someone about it the backpedaling began. I have been using Doug's for several years and they have gone above and beyond to ensure proper work and customer satisfaction not to mention have NEVER LIED TO ME. I support local business whenever I can, but I will go to Walmart before I EVER go back to D&D
