This Saturday Owens Flower Shop is hosting their Annual Holiday Open House and celebrating their 65th Anniversary. James and Laura Owens bought Wards Flower Store in January of 1946 and changed the name to Owens Flower Shop. Since that time there have been only two other owners of the shop. Jim sold the store to Don and Carol Randel and it was purchased by the current owners, Bill and Sharon Reynolds, in 2002. Much has changed since the original Wards opened in the 1920's but Owens is still committed to giving their customers outstanding customer service. There will be memorabilia items on display during the open house.
