Jaye is a 1986 graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelor's of science degree in Occupational Therapy. Jaye has been with Kreider Rehabilitation Services since 2000. She is certified in decongestive therapy techniques for the evaluation and treatment of Lymphedema. Jaye has served in various clinical roles in the outpatient therapy area. She has also work as a clinic manager and marketing director for outpatient clinics in both the Lawrence & Kansas City areas. She has been the Director of Kreider Rehabilitation Services since May 2004.
