Gluten Free Brownie Cheesecake Bars

RECIPE

1 package (21 oz.) Pamela’s GF Chocolate Cake Mix…Health Market
1/3 cup GF semi-sweet chocolate chips…Health Market
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened…Dairy Cove
¾ cup sugar…Aisle 5
1 teaspoon GF vanilla…Health Market
3 eggs…Health Market
¼ cup milk…Health Market

Preparation
Prepare cake mix as directed on package for luscious chocolate cake. Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Add cake batter, reserving ¼ cup batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in milk and chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake batter over cake batter. Gently drop reserved cake batter over cheesecake batter. Using a sharp knife swirl the cake batter into the cheesecake batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes, until firm to touch. Let cool at least 4 hours before serving. Refrigerate until served.
Yield: 16 to 20 servings.
