Helen Roads Santi, PhD is a Licensed Clinical Counselor and a Certfied Trauma Specialist with 17 years experience. She earned her PhD in Integral Studies: Transformative Learning and Change from California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco. The title of her dissertation, which will be published this year, is: A Spiritually Informed Intervention to Address Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Holistically.
The philosophy that underlies Santi's practice is to integrate spirituality with counseling; to offer support that leads to personal growth, spiritual awareness, and whole life wellness; and to faciliate change from a creative and respectful approach that focuses on strengths.
Santi is a provider for victim compensation programs and many health insurance plans. She facilitates individual and group therapy and teaches Qigong and stress management.
Santi is a member of the International Association of Trauma Specialists and volunteers on the Douglas County Child Abuse Response Team.
