Fred and Pat Hollomon, Topeka, announce the engagement of their daughter, Suzanne J. Britt, Lawrence, to Justin R. Gaut, Lawrence, son of Bob and Carol Gaut, Sioux Falls, S.D.
The bride-to-be attended Piper High School in Kansas City, Kan. She is employed at the Kansas University Endowment Association.
The future groom attended high school in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Haskell Indian Nations University. He is employed at Martin Logan.
The couple plan a Sept. 9, 2006, wedding in Lawrence.

Morris

Richard and Carolyn Morris, Baldwin, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. July 22 at the Baldwin Senior Center.

Richard Morris and Carolyn Wooldridge were married July 21, 1956, in Mountain Grove, Mo.

Richard worked at Brown Cargo Van for 32 years before retiring. Carolyn worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 30 years before retiring.

Their children are Howard and Connie Darr, David and Julia Morris, Alan Morris, Del Morris, Roger Morris and Allen and Ladina Miller. They have 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

The couple request no gifts.

The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Moberly High School in Moberly, Mo. She has a bachelor's degree in architecture from Kansas University and is an associate architect at Gould Evans in Lawrence.
The future groom is a 1994 graduate of Shawnee Heights High School in Tecumseh. He received bachelor's degrees in Spanish literature and international studies and a master's degree in journalism from KU. He is editor of lawrence.com.
The couple plan an Aug. 5, 2006, wedding in Perry.

Kim Herrman and Troy Squire, both of Lawrence, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Glenn and Beverly Herrman, Westmoreland. She is a graduate student in the physical therapy program at Kansas University Medical Center.
The future groom is the son of Betsy Utsler, Olathe, and the late Jon Squire. He is a Western Illinois University graduate and is a detective with the Lawrence Police Department.
The couple plan a July 22, 2006, wedding at the First Christian Church in Lawrence.

Robert and Ginny Turvey, Lawrence, announce the engagement of their son, Paul Turvey, to Maria Kepka, daughter of Patricia Peters, Hutchinson, and Dr. Dennis and Jennifer Kepka, Wilson.
The bride-to-be received a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education in 2004 from Kansas University. She is a first-grade teacher in the Gardner Edgerton School District.
The future groom is a Lawrence High School graduate. He received bachelor's degrees in business and communication studies from KU in 2001. He received a juris doctorate in 2004 from KU. He practices with the law firm of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP in the firm's Kansas City, Mo., office.
The couple plan a July 22, 2006, wedding at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in Lawrence.

Ted and Karen Zuzzio, Baldwin, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacy Zuzzio, Lenexa, to Jeff Hutchins, Lenexa, son of Bill and Sarah Jane Hutchins, Dover, Del.

The future bride is a 1998 graduate of Baldwin High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Kansas University in 2002. She is employed as a graphic designer at Digital Graphiti Studios in Overland Park.

The future groom graduated from Caesar Rodney Senior High School in Camden, Del., and from KU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater and film. He is employed as the manager of CVS Pharmacy in Independence, Mo.

The couple plan a Sept. 30, 2006, wedding at Annunciation Catholic Church in Baldwin.

Donald and Gloria Bagby, Eudora, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. July 23 at Eudora City Hall. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

Donald Bagby and Gloria Simons were married July 21, 1956, in Eudora.

They are both graduates of Eudora High School. Donald retired from Kaw Valley Bank in Eudora in 2000. Gloria was employed at Kansas University, Hallmark Cards and the Sunflower Army Ammunition plant.

Their children are Terri Rose and Marcia Bagby, Eudora; Donna Gayler, Edwardsville, Ill., and Leslie Bricker, Irving, Texas.

They have seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ashley Lockhart and Michael Tremblay were married Sept. 3, 2005, at St. Lawrence Catholic Chapel in Lawrence with the Rev. John Schmeidler officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Sandy Lockhart, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Garry and LaRae Tremblay, Lincoln, Neb.

Bridesmaids were Christy Lockhart, Debbie Rogers, Cassie Calhoon, Sabrina Tremblay and Sierra Norris. Best man was Jason Tremblay. Groomsmen were Greg Tremblay, Toby Orr, Casey Boquin and Robb Johnson.

Guest book attendants were Chelsea Rios and Rachel Calhoon. Wedding favor attendants were Jacob Rogers and Courtney Calhoon. Ring bearers were Jordan Tremblay and Ethan Flores-Lockhart. Readers were Kevin Calhoon and Garry Tremblay. The bride's personal attendant was Angela Drummer. Flower girls were Piper Rogers and Payton Tremblay.

A reception was given at Eagles Lodge. The couple took a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Free State High School. She is a student at Friends University. She is an accounting technician at Forbes Field 190th Air Refueling Wing in Topeka.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Pius X High School in Lincoln, Neb. He attended Southeast Community College. He works as a survival equipment technician at Forbes Field 190th Air Refueling Wing.

The couple reside in Topeka.
