A 41-year-old Lawrence man who has been charged and accused in a child sex crime case posted $45,000 bond and was given notice to appear in court April 16.

According to jail records, the man was arrested on a warrant Saturday by Lawrence police on suspicion of indecent liberties with a child for an alleged incident that occurred Tuesday.

The Journal-World generally does not identify sex crime suspects unless they are convicted.
