Atchison ? As investigators continue to determine the cause of a grain elevator explosion in Atchison, the six men who died were remembered at a memorial service.

A public ceremony was held Wednesday in Atchison to honor the men who died when the Bartlett Grain elevator exploded Oct. 29.

Investigators on Tuesday gave approval to begin removing some debris from the site.

OSHA is expected to be on site for up to six months. The company has said it plans to reopen the elevator but it is not clear when that might happen.
