Mapleton ? A teenager is jailed after being charged in the stabbing death of a 23-year-old southeast Kansas man.

The Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office says James C. Enloe died after being stabbed several times on Saturday evening at a recreational development in Mapleton.

A 16-year-old male was charged Monday with second-degree murder.

The Fort Scott Tribune reported Tuesday that the investigation into the circumstances of the death is continuing.
