Hutchinson ? A Hutchinson man died when a large tree he was cutting down fell on top of him.

Fire officials say 46-year-old Joseph T. Fredrick died in the accident Tuesday in Hutchinson. He was a temporary worker for Ramsey Oil and was working alone cutting trees behind the business when he was killed.

The Hutchinson News reports that no one else was injured.
