Topeka ? The suspect in a 2007 homicide in Topeka has been given until Wednesday to hire an attorney.
And a Shawnee County District Court judge on Monday also said that bail for 28-year-old Andre Gill of Topeka will remain at $1 million. If he can’t find a lawyer by Wednesday, one will be appointed for him.
