Wichita A 23-year-old security guard has been indicted in federal court in Wichita for allegedly stealing about $80,000 from Bank of America.
U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom’s office said Jay H. Johnson of Wichita was indicted Wednesday on one count of stealing $30,000 and one count of stealing $50,000 from Bank of America. The alleged crimes occurred in September and November last year.
Johnson is a former Loomis security guard and faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Grissom’s office said it was unclear if Johnson had a lawyer.
