Topeka ? Kansas is relocating its driver’s license office in Olathe to the Great Mall of the Great Plains.

The Department of Revenue says the new office will open June 28. The existing office, near Johnson County Community College, will close June 24.

The new office is about a mile to the west of the existing one. The mall is at the junction of I-35 and Kansas Highway 7.

The department says the move will give the driver’s license office more space and better parking. The office will be able to offer testing for motorcycle and commercial driver’s licenses, which it hasn’t been able to do at its current location.
