Topeka ? Topeka police are searching for a suspect in a shooting that left one woman dead and another injured.

The shooting early Thursday in the Potwin neighborhood of Topeka killed 40-year-old Natalie Gibson. A second female victim is hospitalized with injuries that are not considered life-threatening

The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that neighbors said the two women lived at the house for three or four years.

Witnesses described the suspect who fled as about 5-foot-9-inch and weighing about 170 pounds.
