Woman will stand trial in 2002 killings

? A 51-year-old woman will stand trial in the death of her former husband and his fiancée.

The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that Dana Chandler was bound over for trial Monday in the 2002 shooting deaths of 47-year-old Mike Sisco and his fiancee, 53-year-old Karen Harkness at their Topeka home.

Chandler, of Duncan, Okla., is charged with two counts of premeditated first-degree murder. The trial’s scheduled to start March 5 and last three weeks.

During a preliminary hearing last week, prosecutors and a defense attorney presented testimony that no physical evidence has been found to link Chandler to the crimes.

Testimony also included reports that Chandler harassed Sisco and Harkness, was evasive about her movements the weekend of the killings and spoke in the subsequent years of having wanted Sisco dead.
