Wichita Investigators in Wichita are seeking the cause of a residential fire that killed a 68-year-old woman.
The city fire department says 13 units responded to reports of smoke from a duplex in northeast Wichita around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Firefighters found the living room on fire and the woman lying just inside the front door.
She was pronounced dead about 90 minutes later at Wesley Medical Center. The victim's name has not been released.
