Spring Hill High School hosting ceremony for football player who died

Spring Hill ? Spring Hill High School is hosting a ceremony to honor a student football player who died last week.

Nathan Stiles died Friday after collapsing the night before on the sidelines during Spring Hill’s football game against Osawatomie. A cause of death has not been released. Stiles was 17.

Spring Hill High School is holding the ceremony honoring Stiles on Thursday evening in the high school gymnasium.
