Junction City ? A man found shot to death on a Junction City sidewalk has been identified as Lionel Page, 22, who police say had recently returned to the city from Florida.

Junction City Police Chief Tim Brown says the death is being investigated as a homicide.

Officers found Page’s body around 2 a.m. Friday while responding to a report of gunfire. Authorities are trying to determine a motive.
