Manhattan ? Andrew Sandburg and Colby Yates of Tonganoxie shot a two-under par 70 to tie for ninth place among 23 teams in the first round of the 10th Junior Team Championship, a Kansas Golf Association event played Monday at Stagg Hill Golf Club in Manhattan.

Sandburg and Yates tee off at 9 a.m. today.
