Burlingame man in fair condition after accident

A 27-year-old Burlingame man is in fair condition after being involved in an accident west of Baldwin City on Monday.

The man, Joseph Succi, was working in a trench when it collapsed on him about 10 miles west of Baldwin City. He was taken to Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka.
