Olathe jury deadlocked on assault trial

? Another jury has been unable to reach a verdict in the case against a suburban Kansas City woman accused of assaulting a police officer before she was shot and wounded.

Jurors announced Friday night that they were deadlocked.

The trial was the fourth for Kimberly Hudson. Two other juries could not reach a verdict. Yet another trial ended in a guilty verdict, which was overturned because a prosecutor asked Hudson how much money she was trying to squeeze out of police and a detective improperly testified that she was on probation.
