The Lawrence Women’s Chorale has announced its upcoming show, “Christmastide (Music to Celebrate the Holiday Season),” directed by Sara Wentz.
The concert will feature the Celebration Ringers from First United Methodist Church, and Tabitha Reist Steiner, harpist.
Included on the concert will be the Ringers ringing selections from Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker,” arranged by Kevin McChesney; Daniel Pinkham’s “Company at the Creche” for treble voices, handbells and harp; and other holiday favorites.
The concert will be 7:30 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, 946 Vt. Tickets are $6 general admission and $5 seniors/students.
