Eisenhower Center cuts admission

July 10, 2009

— Adult admission to the Eisenhower Library and Museum in Abilene will be a bit cheaper on Wednesdays through the rest of this year.

Tickets normally cost $8. But adults will pay just $5 on Wednesdays, in a move that officials are calling a nod to tight financial times.

Director Karl Weissenbach said the lower admission price may continue into 2010, depending on the economy.
