The Kansas Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Kansas is accepting nominations for its 2009 class until Jan. 29. The 40-member class will be selected in mid-March, with orientation scheduled for May 8-9.

Leadership Kansas seeks diverse applicants with track records of success in business and within their communities. Nominations are encouraged for those who are open to new ideas with the desire to strengthen their state, communities and employers. Class members are selected based on leadership contributions in their professions and communities along with their willingness to contribute to future progress within the state of Kansas.

Online nominations can be submitted at leadershipkansas.org. Self nominations are also accepted. Nominated individuals will receive material describing the program in detail along with instructions on how to submit an application.
