Army Pvt. Ashley M. Tillman has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

The private also has graduated from the Petroleum Supply Specialist Advanced Individual Training course at Fort Lee, Petersburg, Va.

The course is designed to train students in receipt, storage, issue, shipping, and distribution of petroleum, oil and lubricant products used by the Army.

Tillman is a 2006 graduate of Blue Valley West High School, Overland Park, and the daughter of David D. Tillman, Wellsville.

Air Force Airman Travis H. Workman has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

He is a 2002 graduate of Perry Lecompton High School.

Army Reserve Pvt. Jarrod M. Toms has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga.

Toms is a 1998 graduate of Washington High School, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the son of Mike Toms, Marion, Iowa, and Debbie Toms, Lawrence.
