Topeka ? Kansas public schools have lost $301 million in state funding through recent budget cuts, according to the state education agency.

Earlier this week, the education department released a memo detailing how much each district has been cut. For the Lawrence school district, the cuts will total nearly $5.3 million. Here is a copy of the report.
