Wichita ? The abortion battle in Kansas has moved to a new battleground in neighboring Nebraska.

Members of Wichita-based Operation Rescue plan to travel to Omaha for demonstrations Friday and Saturday outside the clinic of Dr. LeRoy Carhart.

The group has campaigned to keep Carhart from opening a clinic in Wichita in the wake of the shooting death of Dr. George Tiller.

Also going to Omaha will be members of the Kansas chapter of the National Organization for Women. They plan to hold counter-protests during the Operation Rescue demonstrations.
