Crown Toyota has outstanding sales and service? You couldn't prove it by me. I am usually left "outstanding" in the parking lot, waiting for them to do nothing. I have a really bad experience every time I go to the Crown Toyota service department, and I would never, ever buy a vehicle there.

I have to agree with Tandava, I tried on 3 seperate occassions to get information on scions, even leaving contact information with an employee. No one ever called me or knew anything. So I bought new Honda instead. No it was not from Ellena, as they were about as forthcoming as a rock with information. Several of the local dealers seemed uninteresred in selling when I was looking. If the local dealers want my business, they should at least pretend to care about their potential new customers. If I wanted a car that Crown carried I would leave town for it. Ellena has been winning me over with their service department.
