In-depth coverage of the candidates and the issues, all leading up to the Aug. 5 primary and the Nov. 4 general election.

Eleven candidates running for office in the Nov. 4 general election will chat with readers this week.

Questions for the candidates can be submitted here any time up until candidate's chat is scheduled.

Readers can then return to during or after the scheduled chat to see whether their question was answered and read other responses from the candidates.

¢ Nancy Thellman, 2nd District Douglas County Commission, 1 p.m. Thursday.

¢ Ken Grotewiel, 3rd District Douglas County Commission, 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

¢ Patrick Wilbur, 3rd District Kansas Senate, 1 p.m. Friday.

¢ Bob Meissner, 4th District State Board of Education, 1:30 p.m. Friday.
