Leavenworth ? A northeast Kansas man has been bound over for trial in the shooting death of his pregnant girlfriend and unborn child.

Sedale Fox of Lansing is charged with one count of capital murder and one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Olivia Jackson. A Leavenworth County judge Tuesday found that there is enough evidence to try Fox.

The 20-year-old Jackson, due to deliver her baby in March, was shot to death inside Fox’s mobile home on Jan. 22.
