A 19-year-old Eudora man was arrested Saturday during an investigation into a series of car burglaries, Eudora Police Chief Greg Dahlem said.

Six vehicles were burglarized Thursday night and early Friday morning in the southwestern area of Eudora, Dahlem said. Stereo parts and tools were taken from some of the vehicles but most of the items have been recovered, he said.

The suspect was booked into the Douglas County Jail but has since been released pending filing of charges by the district attorney
