A canceled Travel Channel television show that was to feature Kansas can now be watched online.

The program, called Lawrence of America, shows footage from Salina in September 2007.

The show’s host, Lawrence Belden-Smythe, visited several central Kansas locations and tried everything from quilt-making to frozen-pizza packaging.

The film crew stopped in several Salina sites including the Salina Art Center and Central Mall.

The show also features Greg Goering, a McPherson-area farmer, and the Bullseye Indoor Shooting Range in Wichita.

Belden-Smythe says in the video that he’s trying to discover middle America.
