"Lawrence-Douglas County Fire and Medical responded to an accident Sunday at 14th and Tennessee streets. An ambulance transported one man to Lawrence Memorial Hospital with minor injuries."

That's all we get? No word on why up to 11 police cars were chasing this vehicle that knocked down two trees in front of an apartment building? Weak.

I heard the sirens before I heard the wreck and saw the driver in cuffs so there's no way they were just responding to an accident. Come on LJW, I want the real story.
