Pratt ? A 19-year-old who a trooper was attempting to stop died in a head-on crash that killed a second driver Wednesday in south-central Kansas, the Kansas Highway Patrol said.

Lili Stephens, of Cheney, was driving recklessly Wednesday morning on U.S Highway 54 near Pratt, the patrol said. She crossed the center line and struck another car head-on.

The driver of the second vehicle, 24-year-old Jeffery Frazier, of Protection, was killed in the collision.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
