Moran names state lawmaker chief of staff
Washington ? Congressman Jerry Moran has named state Rep. Todd Novascone as his chief of staff.
Novascone, 32, is a Republican from Wichita serving his third term. He will have to resign his seat. He replaces Travis Murphy, who served as Moran’s chief of staff for 5 1/2 years. Murphy said he’s leaving to attend graduate school at Arizona State University.
