Topeka ? Menninger announced Wednesday it has formed a partnership with two Texas institutions and will move its psychiatric clinic to Houston.

Menninger’s board of trustees approved the partnership with the Baylor College of Medicine and the Methodist Hospital earlier Wednesday, only hours before the announcement.

The three organizations announced a partnership two years ago but couldn’t put together a deal.
