Letter to the editor: More support needed for Ninth Street businesses

To the editor:

I have no doubt that the current construction on Ninth Street is entirely necessary and a wise use of our tax dollars.

But I see the fallout for excellent businesses like 9th Street Mexican Tacos and it makes me angry. Rebuilding our infrastructure shouldn’t be so harmful to business owners, their employees or the community at large. Better planning and more support for enterprises along that corridor were clearly needed.
