One thing I learned in college: check your work before you submit.

Got admitted early (age 5) 'cause I was so darn brilliant. Them co-eds were always fawning over me, but I sure didn't understand why at the time. I just thought they were a bunch of 19 year old cougars.
I wanted to be a mascot, but Baby Jay had not yet been conceived, so there was no costumes of diminuative size. So, I decided to try playing tuba in the marching band, but then I found out how much those darned things weighed. At that time I was King of the Kazoo, but the band did not march those.
Still, I look fondly on my memories, despite the fact that on my 6th Birthday I was given a stern lecture by the KUPD for smoking in Bailey Hall. This was in 1903, and they were still trying to keep that place looking new. But Prof. Cady was interested to know why the Chemistry lab did not explode when I lit my pipe. Turns out, it was because I was working with a newly discovered gas at the time. He immediately became famous as this gas became known as Helium.

It's "elitist" , and I'd rather be that than an ignorant redneck hayseed.
