My family could care less about pumpkin pie, but I'd better make a peach pie or things will get ugly.

Most people put way too much celery in their stuffing/dressing. By "way too much" I mean any discernable amount.

Multi, Tom,Well, my mother is a gem in that regard, but if I had such a mother, I'd hone my ability to accidentally propel a sweet potato into the brown gravy dish at her side..."Could someone pass the white gravy, please?"

The next day I layer it all into a souffle dish and bake it. Kind of like a post Thanksgiving shepard's pie. Yum!

The best part of Thanksgiving is Football and the food!!! My mother is also one of those ones who makes nice little jabs throughout the Thanksgiving holiday. I had the first grandchild and had to endure many years of you aren't doing this and that right. Now my brother has a newborn and he lives four hours closer than me so now he's getting all the jabs. (insert evil laugh here) hee hee.
