Topeka ? Rebecca Finley and Matia Finley placed 1-2 in the discus, and the 4X400 relay team of Marissa Pope, Kyleigh Severa, Leah Gabler and Jensen Edwards won to help Lawrence High’s girls track and field team place third of 12 teams at the Topeka Relays on Friday at Hummer Park.

On the boys side, the Lions placed eighth.

The top LHS finish came from the 4X400 relay team of Nick Benton, J.D. Woods, Tae Shorter and Audi Monroe, who placed fourth.
