Members of Kansas University’s greek community came together last weekend for the 63rd annual Rock Chalk Revue.
And the show’s organizers have announced the award winners of the variety show fund-raiser for charity.
Sigma Phi Epsilon and Delta Gamma’s “A Letter for U” won the most overall awards with five, including the best overall show award and best lead female.
Sigma Nu and Delta Delta Delta’s “It Suits You” won four awards, including best lead male.
John Zecy, business manager for Rock Chalk Revue, said the amount of money raised would likely be available in the next couple of weeks after expenses are paid and cash receipts from the show are tabulated.
While the final results aren’t yet known, Zecy said he was confident the show raised more than the $42,000 it needed to bring its total amount donated to the United Way of Douglas County to more than $1 million since 1983.
